I'm the Cat-Astrophic Diva. I'm 44, I've been studying nutrition since 2014, and I have lost a hundred pounds twice. The first time I did it the hard way and watched my strength go with the weight. The second time I did it with what I'd learned, and I kept my muscle. I understand the GLP-1 body from the inside: the appetite that disappears, the protein that slides, the skin that needs time and a plan to catch up.

When I went looking for a program that had a skin tightening protocol and a natural track built around the way I actually eat, plants first with grass-fed protein where I want it, I couldn't find one. So I built it. Two editions, because the way I eat is not the way my sister eats. Real protein numbers on every card. The tools I use in my own kitchen and my own living room, with honest notes on what each one does and doesn't do.
